Los Angeles- in the San fernando Valley is Garden Wok, 1-818-881-8886 reasonable and a bit hard to park in, this one is vegan, I really haven't found anything with dairy there. Reasonably priced, try the vegan wontons with vegan cheese. Flafel Palace 818-993-0734- on Resida blvd near Cal State Northridge.( I graduated from CSUN) Great vegetarian and vegan choices, although not a vegetarian restaurant. More like healthy fast food, no tableside service.Try the sampler plate, flafels can be fried or grilled. Vegi Delight 1-818-360-3997 I believe it is on Chatsworth Blvd. Fabulous food, and reasonable, try the complete dinner including dessert. Lunch is cheap. They serve vegetarian ice cream and vegan but most of what I see is vegan. If you are famous or not so famous and want a bit of privacy, there is a area to the all the way back in the dining area.
