For breakfast, I always eat oatmeal, Quaker Oats with Ovaltine. I wanted a vegan and more healthy alternative, yet the oatmeal seemed bland without the Ovaltine. Any suggestions of flavoring? Brown sugar, honey?
Any dried fruit (chopped apricots,cranberries,raisins) or fresh fruit(apples,strawberries, bluberries, raspberries, babanas, peaches) chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds) For sweeteners try maple syrup,agave nectar, vannilla extract, or brown rice syrup, and I like to put a little almond milk and ground up flax seeds on top too! Go nuts!
