oatmeal

Oatmeal with blueberries and a little vanilla soymilk.
Oatmeal with blueberries, whole natural almonds, wheat germ (I didn't have ground flaxseed), cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sometimes, I'll add peanut butter and rice or almond milk.
I make mine with vanilla almond milk, slivered almonds, raisins or dried cranberries, cinnamon, and a little maple syrup to sweeten it.
The overnight oats recipe was super yummy, the cold oatmeal will be good for the summer!

I also like to use rolled oats to make my own muesli. 3 tbsp rolled oats, goji berries, dried blueberries, chopped dates, chopped pecans (or any other nut), pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon - give it a good stir, cover with milk (I use soya or rice) and leave in fridge overnight. Add a teeny bit more milk in the morning and give it another stir. So nice!
