"overnight oats" by "Oh She Glows" is my favorite recipe. In the evening, you add all the ingredients (almond milk, chia seeds, oats, banana, cinnamon or vanilla) in a mason jar ... ready to enjoy in the morning.
I like to add a tablespoon of peanut butter to mine with a little homemade jam to top it off or fresh fruit!
I use date sugar. It's just ground up dried dates. It tastes like brown sugar
