Raddichio Pizza, Yum!

I made this the other night and it was so good! I was excited to buy a vegetable that I had never bought before.

This recipe was very easy to make. I did not have truffle oil, but I can tell that it would really tie this pizza together. It also filled me up very well.

AND, it passed the boyfriend test! He loved it and wants me to make it again. Success!

I made this, but it came out very bitter...is it supposed to be, so did I do something wrong?

I made this Thursday night and it was AMAZING! The white truffle oil makes this dish. I want to make it every single night. DELICIOUS. Thanks, Alicia!

Has anyone tried this recipie with olive oil instead of truffle oil? - I am a broke grad student and I just can't swing for the expensive truffle oil.

I made this last week and it took some time to get my teenagers to just take a bite. "That's not PIZZA" Big mistake they ate almost the whole thing. They loved it . I'm finding that to be true with everything I've made so far.
