serving size of Lentil sweet potatoe stew?

I made this stew last night and its so yummy but does anyone know what the serving size of this would be? In Alicia's book it says it serves 4-6 and I try to watch my portion sizes and I want to make sure I'm not eating too much. Any suggestions?

To be conservative I would treat it as 6 servings and see if that satisfies you...
