Hey everybody,

I just came back from a little shopping trip and bought some things such as Kukicha tea, barley malt. I wanted to get Umeboshi vinegar but only found Ume Su. Is that the same thing? I also saw Amasake. It looks like a white paste, a bit like almond butter. Does anybody have suggestions on how to use it?

Yes, In Japan it is known as 'ume su'. That means plum vinegar.

yeah, I will try to blend the amsake with some rice/soy milk, maybe add some banans and frozen berries. Should be yummy.
