I've been doing some searching and can't seem to find a macrobiotic counseler here in my town. Any suggestions? I see a nutritionalist now due to recovering from anorexia but I'm moving more to the kind diet and she doesn't understand this. I suffer from a bloated stomach all the time, constipation sometimes, and always feeling the urge to urinate. I've recently started eating alot of Alicia's recipes and I eat no red meat, haven't in years and I'm slowly cutting out other meat and diary and transitioning over. Any help??
