what does everyone snack on inbetween meals?i was used to eating every 3-4 hrs but im trying to spread things out and trying not to get burnt out cause i live in a small city and we only have a select of things here...not a big selection so HELP

I toast some unsalted, raw sunflower seeds with a little shoyu. Works for me. With Thanksgiving coming up I toaster some pumpkin seeds.
or roast some chickpeas or edamame on a cookie sheet... sprinkle with salt.
also raw green beans and hummus
a cup of miso broth
two or three prunes smeared with almond butter
maybe just an apple
or a handful of walnuts, almonds
The roasted chick peas sounds delicious!
Peanut butter on Ezekial bread, apple, carrot sticks, dried figs or apricots.
