Help. I need some quick and easy snacks for my little munchkin. We have a good five or six that we have all the time but I'm looking for something new. Thanks!

My friend's kiddos love Trader Joes veggie stix! I also think they have big bags at Costco. I know they are probably not the healthiest things on the planet, but they are vegan and not horrible, and kids seem to like them.

Luna has some great products.. not ure how old your toddler is but since my son was 3 he eats the Luna kids bars. Also Enviro kids makes these bars that are similiar to rice krispy treats. For things that a bit more healthy I incorporated hummus into my sons diet.. it took a few tries but now I can wrap it up in a small whole wheat tortilla and he loves it. As toddler gets older you can throw some veggies in. My son also loves Annie's bunny grahams and cheddar crackers.. They are processed but still better than Goldfish and Teddy Grahams that kids love so much.

we make smoothies regularly. rice milk, peanut butter, frozen banana, flax oil or seeds, agave nectar, spinach and any thing else that might work. my 2 yr old loves them. i also give him cucumber a lot and loves to snack on those. today he ate chopped apples, peanut butter and raisins all mixed together..it was a mess but he was happy. veggie dogs in a blanket is great and pretty easy to whip up or soy yogurt and i mix in fruit or ground flax...hope this helps
