i ordered a take out veggie wrap at work this afternoon and it came with cheese (feta). I so starving so I threw three weeks of 100 percent vegan out the window and dove it. Two hours later I am feeling awful. What can I do to counter balance the cheese at this point. I am drinking some ginger tea but it's not helping. I am glad my body knows the difference already but I have to be able to get through the next four hours on my feet.
