Hello,

Does anyone know if kabocha seeds are any good to eat? If so do you have any recipes?

I haven't tried them yet, but other winter squashes and pumpkins produce edible seeds so I would assume Kaboche seeds would be fine. All I ever do is toss the seeds in a bowl with some olive oil, spread them on a baking sheet, and sprinkle on some seasoning. Bake them for about 15 minutes or so and allow to cool.

I'll have to try that :) I'll let you know how they turn out.
