Hi everyone -- my name is Jenny. I'm 29 and live in Allentown, PA with my husband and my precocious Boston Terrier, Oscar. I've always said that my brain is vegan, but my belly is not, but I'm excited to start flirting. I'm going away for Thanksgiving next week, and did not plan for being vegan, but I've been introducing more and more vegan eating since reading the Kind Diet a few weeks ago. I'm looking forward to experimenting with eating this way more and more, especially the Superhero way - had an awesome vegan lunch of brown rice, miso baked tofu, avocado, and nori and I could get used to that. I'm currently not a vegetarian, but not a heavy meat eater either. I do love my cheese though so it will be a challenge. Looking forward to meeting you all more! xxx Jenny
