Hello! I just put something together that I really like, and wanted to share! It's sort of a cobbler, but I'm eating it for lunch!

I took a serving of cinamon raison mochi, cut it into 1" cubes, and baked it as directed on the package.

In a pan, I mixed a little bit of Earth Balance butter w/ some natural unsweetend spiced apple sauce, and served it alongside the Mochi.

Toast some pecans or walnuts with it, and sprinkle on top, and you have a delicious, healthy sweet dish!

OH wow, I'm gonna so try this, thanks! I have plain mochi in my fridge for Alicia's waffles, but I'll use part of it for this too! I'll just add cinnamon and raisins to the applesauce. Sooo yum....
