I'm a 31 year old wife and mommy who has gained a lot of weight in the last few years. I have tried several diets and have reach the conclusion that diets dont' work. I have to change the way I eat for life.
For three weeks I have been eating relatively Vagan by accident and I feel great!
It's been the easyiest "diet" I have never been on. I have had no cravings of any kind.
I have even gone straight to superhero. Sugar causes me to have strong cravings.
Anyways, glad to be here.

Hi Ann, I am a 38 year old mom who has also gained some weight, about 30 pounds in the last 2 years, and I just jumped back on and the one thing I have a hard time with is giving up my iced coffee every morning! I usually get it with extra sugar, hopefully I won't have sugar cravings. When I followed this new way of eating the first time I had a full day of headaches. I don't know if it was the caffiene or the sugar. I did great for about 2 weeks then fell off the diet. This time around I am not going to think of it as a diet. It is my new way of Life!

Very nice to meet you both on here. I agree with the Agave Nectar but can sometimes find it too sweet. The also make a Light Agave Nectar as well.
