Are you supposed to strain before drinking or drink pulp and all?

do you use a juicer for this??
and can you make a large quantity and then heat it up by the day, or do you have to do this everyday?

Linda that was my question too. I strained the pulp out and just drank the "tea" liquid but I'd like to know if that was correct.

You are suppose to drink the liquid and eat the pulp. Do this on an empty stomach and do not eat again for 30 mins at least. Good luck!

The weight loss tea is made with carrot and daikon.

the squash is kobucha, a probiotic drink made with tea is kombucha. This tea seems to be more of a broth
