Thanksgiving Stuffing

I'm excited to try the cornbread stuffing recipe from the book for Thursday, but had one question. Should I adjust the cooking time and/or temperature if I am not making the tofu that goes with it? I am trying to avoid the dish getting dry or too soggy. Any suggestions, tips, etc. would be greatly appreciated!
