I'm Laura, I live in Portland and I'm an accountant for a construction company. Not officially vegan yet, but I'm trying to get there. I'm married to a wonderful man currently deployed with the United States Marine Corps. As much as I love him he will probably be my biggest challenge to becoming and staying vegan. We don't have any kids but I do have a high maintenance cat who is my adopted daughter.
