A brave heart is needed to make a strong decision. Getting away from Cigarette addiction is effective in reducing heart related diseases.

Within two years of quitting smoking, the chance of having heart diseases gets reduced to a level of people, who never smokes. Unfortunately it is difficult to stop smoking, as the physical dependence of nicotine makes the users as its slaves.

Quit smoking cigarettes have immediate positive effects on a persons body. At least an increase of life of 5 years will be there for the person who stops the habit. Try to recollect the days in your life, where you have proven your willpower. Definitely that will boost up your confidence.
