I raided the fridge and came up with a vegetable and brown rice medley. I used a little of all the veggies- Red onion, yellow onion, celery, a little green pepper, mushrooms, red cabbage, broccoli, carrots, yellow squash,and zucchini. I also threw in black soybeans, sunflower seeds and shoyu. I stir-fried in sunflower oil and spooned it over brown rice. It was awesome.
