Hi everyone!
I am a mommy of 5, personal trainer and part time fitness model (just started at 41 lol) As a 20 cancer survivor I have always been healthy but since my vegan 20 year old son came back to go to college. He has challenged me in the kitchen! I love to cook! I mean LOVE to cook! I love flavor and can't just eat "anything" because it is healthy. It has to taste really good. So I have learned how to adapt tons of recipes into super good vegetarian recipes. I havent given up cheese though cause I make the best veggie lasagna :)
I am trying to figure out how I can make this my homepage so I wake up to motivation in the morning.
