i've been vegan for 2 years. i'm a busy student and don't have much time for exercise (ok ok, i admit it.. i hate going to the gym). i've had about 15lbs weight gain from before i went vegan, and it hasn't gone away even with the lifestyle switch to vegan.
i've only been doing superhero loosely for 2 weeks. i didn't do it during thanksgiving or on the weekends.
and i've already lost 3lbs. i'm totally flabbergasted. a diet where i can eat brown rice all day and lose weight?? SO cool.
granted its probably bloat, but still cool. my rings feel looser.
now what would happen if i really stuck to superhero 6 days a week! hm.
