For cleansing try one of the oils like grape seed or sesame, I just massage it on and let it sit for a bit then rinse it off with warmest water (not hot) using a cloth or in the shower, your skin will feel great and you won't necessarily need moisturizer after depending on which oil you used. Has anyone heard of using coffee for your skin?
My mom has a friend in her 70s that has only ever washed her face with olive oil. She does it like ChristyV described. Her skin is AMAZING- no wrinkles, beautiful color, etc. She does not wear sunscreen but has always worn a hat in the sun. She also eats very well. Clearly good diet and very natural skin care has worked well for her!
