There is a new French Market opening up on Clinton and Washington (by the Metra station) tomorrow. I just looked at the vendor list, and there is a vegan vendor called "RAW." I'm going to check it out for lunch on Friday.

Carole and Polly have both been exposed to this way of life and have witnessed the healthy benefits first hand. As passionate raw foodists, they would like to share with as many people as possible the benefits of incorporating raw living food into their daily diet.
In addition to their delicious and healthy food offerings, Carole and Polly teach their raw food know-how through courses, so that you can prepare raw food at home.
