I had to order from Amazon because I never saw it in my local book stores. Maybe it was hidden behind the bazillion copies they pre-ordered of Going Rogue? (ack)
I dived in anyway and stopped meat the day before and dairy yesterday, in anticipation of the book and based on things I found on this site. Now I can read, and learn, and plan, and really be Kind! I'm so excited!
It's amazing that the thing you need most shows up in your life the moment you need it. This book and the philosophy behind it, and this website, all showed up at my moment of crisis. And I was in crisis. I just couldn't take another day of the speciesism and cruelty. Be the change you want to see. I'm taking charge, and being change!

Yay! I'm so happy for you. I've been devouring the book over and over since I received it. I too had to order it from Amazon, then after several weeks I finally saw it in my bookstore yesterday... at least it finally arrived there. :)
I cannot believe what a difference this book has made in my life- my mood, my energy level, my poops (haha- sorry TMI!), but seriously- it is amazing! I have been vegetarian transitioning to veganism since earlier this year, but this book was the final push I needed to go full vegan!
