Hi everyone... I've read through some of the posts but not all of them so someone else may have mentioned this already, it's worth mentioning again though :)
Anyone who is concerned about the ingredients in their personal care products should go to this website www.safecosmetics.org and just read some of the information there. There is no regulation over the terms "organic" and "natural" when it comes to beauty products, so it's important to actually look at the ingredients. The Environmental Working Groups database, www.cosmeticsdatabase.com is a great resource too. The FDA doesn't really have (or want to have, in my opinion) much authority over the beauty industry, so we kind of have to look out for ourselves.
I recommend "friending" the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics on facebook too, there are always people on there posting links to their products, and the people on there are quick to let others know when their products are not as "safe and natural" as they think.
I really hope you all check these websites out, they are a wonderful resource :)

Teens Turning Green website is another great resource and gives a list of ingredients to avoid as well as safe, alternative brands. not all brands are listed but it's a great start!
