Not sure if this has been posted already but I just bought Vegan with a Vengeance. It is such an amazing resource! The recipes are incredible. Even if you live with omnivores I bet you can get away with making most of the dishes. Get yourself an early christmas gift. Do it!
I second Lauren's recommendation! That was the second vegan cook book I ever purchased, and it has served me well. The writers are witty, and the recipes are sure to please omnivores and vegans alike! Also good is Veganomicon, by the same authors. Both books are great!
