I used to live in Oceanside. I moved to Colorado about 14 years ago. My sister just moved from here to San Diego this fall. I do miss parts of it.

I'm excited about this new lifestyle :O) I have made a few of the recipes in the book and everything tastes great. Do you have a favorite recipe?

My favorite is probably everyones favorite - Either the Rice Krispie treats or the Peanut butter cups. On a healthier note I do like the Nori wraps. I tried the Chorizo tacos last night. My husband liked them, I thought they were ok. But they upset both our stomachs. Next time I will try the taco crumbles.
I also tried the Kabocha squash stew and really liked that.
