Last night I made the fried rice for some friends (w/ tofu), which they loved, but the real clincher were the "Crispy Peanut Butter Treats." I made them with almond butter (freshly ground without sweetners or salt) and used vegan carob chips instead of the chocolate- they was AWESOME. My friends are mostly veggie, but love regular desserts, they were really impressed and I know at least one of them is going to buy the KL book. :) Yay!
