OK! I woke up this morning and my stomach looks preggo! haha!! I am extremely bloated! History: Vegetarian for 5 months, Vegan since December 1st...- - -I don't think i am getting enough "Veggies"-- BUT why the bloat?Has this happened to anyone else? What could be the cause... I have also been craving peanut butter really bad! There is something wrong with this picture... I need a little diet tweak.

i often wake up with one preggers looking belly and then experience gas, and other nasties. i've struggled with IBS issues for about 6 years which is one of the reasons, i'm returning back to my vegetarian old ways and bought the Kind Diet to spring me into gear!
one thing that's helping (long term) is keeping a food journal and recording the morning, etc. i'm trying to see if i have food insensitivies, etc. for more immediate relief though - i give my belly a rub, have either hot water with some lemon (that usually helps my sore tum tum) OR have 2 tablespoons of aloe vera juice (calms any inflammation in the gut).
then the next meal i eat is pretty darn simple (cup of miso drink and/or brown rice)

Thank you guys for the insight... I was fine my first week of being Vegan.. then I get bloated here and there, but yesterday was bad... a food journal is a very good idea.. I have always been really sensitive to dairy... so the first week of no dairy i was feelin fly... even this morning is better...I must have eaten a bad combo of foods...I will watch my salt too... that could be a good possibility.. I definitely have more energy!! so that is a plus! Thank you guys again!! :D
