I've been searching on amazon to get some used things, but I still need to get a few things for teachers that have written me letters of recommendation? Any ideas for some inexpensive eco-friendly gifts I could get?

I think food is a good choice if you don't know what to get someone. Package of crackers and a jar of chutney or bruschetta or olive spread.
Or a nice scarf or something like that.
