Just made the Quinoa w/ basil + pine nuts recipe in the rice cooker. Put in everything except the oil and pressed the start button. Came out delicious.
Great idea for a time-saver!
Time is key! The hardest thing about eating vegan for me is all the time required for food prep. I'm going to flip through Kind Life and see what else might go in the rice cooker or crock pot.
