So every year on the day before chrissy, everyone who wasnt fortunate enough to get holidays bring food in to share. This year (being my first as a vegan) i wanted to make some yummy stuff to try and convert the naysayers. Would really like to make vegan rum balls, but I was wondering whether it is ok to just substitue soy condensed milk in the recipe. all the vegan recipes I've found on the net are more complex and include corn syrup and lots of other things. Would really like to keep it simple, any suggestions??
