Anyone have some helpful advice for me? I went to a restaurant last night and asked three ways if the pomodoro sauce had dairy in it "no,no, no..."
Felt queasy last night, nasty potty issues this morning (sorry, TMI) , now lingering gassiness...
This morning I had decaf green tea, a banana, Alicia's soft rice porridge, lunch was a big big bowl of greens. Feeling better (I think) but still very gassy- and I have to go with my husband to his client's grand opening this evening!
Does anyone know a good cure for this???

Try Alicia's Cure-All tea. The umboshi plum in it helps with stomach issues. I always feel better after drinking it. But I hate to say it...you may just have to let it go through your system and try to be more careful next time. It may have been something else you ate with the sauce...breadsticks..butter could have been on them..or salad dressing could have had bits of parmesean cheese in it and you may not have known...so you never know.

thats what happens to me every time...so stinky right?
and you might get muscus or some congestion...
it will all pass.
you could also make the weight loss tea for a few days to get the animal fat out of your body.
that helps get it cleaned out deeply dont want that stuff lingering inside.
superhero for a few days and you will feel better.

Thanks Sarah and Alicia!
I was drinking the tea, forgot to mention. Boy, I would love to know what magic it is that ticks inside those umeboshi!!!
Doing research on macrobiotics, they kept bringin' up the plums. And then I googled them and found all sorts of praises for them... they really do wonders. I felt completely normal by yesterday evening.
Need to pick up some daikon tomorrow.

On a sad note... So sorry to hear about Britney Murphy, Alicia!
Don't know if y'all were still close, but she seemed so precious- and fragile. Here are some hugs...
xoxoxo
