Hi, hope i'm posting under the correct topic. Anyway, for the past 5 years i've had no red meat or pork, only chicken and fish. I am in the process of going vegan after reading the book and its been about 2 weeks. I feel as good as when I gave up red meat, however I was starving today so I ate a fish sandwich and onion rings from a seafood restaurant. I had no cheese on my sandwich but I think they had butter on the buns and now that I think about it the onion rings may have had an egg coating. I feel heavy and my stomach is not feeling its' best. Is it too soon for my body to have adapted to a vegan diet. Is this feeling in my mind or is my body telling me not give it anymore of that type of food? Please share any advise or experience. Thanks!
