newfound yummy kale recipe

Found a delicious way to make kale from giada de laurentis. Roast 1 bunch of kale, and 1 bunch of swiss chard at 400 degrees in foil for 20 minutes, drizzle the greens with olive oil first. toss with homeade croutons, I used the recipe from tkd for caesar salad croutons, a vinaigrette of balsamic and olive oil, salt and pepper, and toss in chopped sundried tomatoes. I took it to a holiday potluck and people loved it, even though most didn't even know what kale was, they all thought it was the bread (which looked a little like potatoes?!)
This is awesome. I just made it. Didn't have sundried tomatoes but it was great nontheless.
