What do I do with . . .

Hey everyone, what do I do with sprouted peas and sprouted garbanzo beans? I bought some sprouted peas at the farmers market and popped one in my mouth. It had a 'zingy' undone taste--so, do I soak them a bit more? Do I lightly steam them (or would that defeat the purpose?) Any ideas?

She's using lentil sprouts, but maybe you could substitute?
