I may have had a little too much alcohol (I usually only have one drink, but I had a couple throughout the night). I feel fine, but I have a feeling that I may have a fuzzy head in the morning.....I am currently having some lemon ginger tea, what are some other suggestions (that avoid medication/advil etc)

Thanks

drink a lot of water. hangovers are bad dehydration, so just drink a lot of pure water to re-hydrate your body and you should be okay. get drinking!

In the morning: have a cup of green tea with an umeboshi plum steeped in it. Drink the tea slowly, then suck the plum and the pit- spit the pit out when all the pulp is gone.

Yeah- the "Cure All Tea" from the book! Kukicha tea, shoyu, umeboshi plum! :)

Thanks everyone! I downed the water and lemon ginger tea last night, and woke up feeling fine (phew). Now I am brewing some green tea, and filling my water bottle to bring to work.

I went looking for it today at WF and found "twig tea" which sounds like the same thing judging from the box and Alicia's description. The brand name is Choice Organic Teas. I'm sure there are others out there, but this is what I could find.

Shoyu or tamari, any difference?

In the book Alicia says shoyu is the best soy sauce available, so I think there are different 'grades' like grade A maple syrup etc.
I like to use the real deal sometimes, but mostly I use Bragg's amino acids.
