I have been vegetarian for a few months now but I don't think my body has detoxified the way it should. I am still very tired most of the time and don't feel as healthy as I want to. Becoming a vegan would probably help me, but I don't think I am ready to be fully vegan, I am still just flirting and experimenting with that. My friend brought to my attention "The Master Cleanse" and said it would help me detox and to not crave dairy or eggs after the cleanse. I'm going to get the book and see if its for me, but any advice anyone can offer would be sooo helpful! Has anyone else tried or thought about trying this? Is it a good or bad idea? Thanks!
