Hi Salena,
Grapeseed oil is great. It has a HIGH smoking point [485 F]...so the oil won't oxidize when you fry, bake in it. It has loads of Vitamin E - good for the skin.
Olive oil is good but tends to oxidize at high temperature - so it's good for salad dressings but I wouldn't want to cook in it unless you cook at low heat or maybe even go as high as med heat.
The grapeseed oil brand I use is: Napa Valley Naturals [Pure and Natural] Grapeseed Oil. It's kosher. napavalleynaturals.com
For organic olive oil:
First Cold Pressed
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Unfiltered
Certified Organic from the Nunez De Prado
Product of Spain
Can find this Olive oil in Whole Foods or other health stores. It comes in different sizes. It is expensive but your health is worth it. Also whatever oil you buy, make sure it is in a dark glass bottle - the darkness of the bottle prevents the oil inside from oxidizing due to store light etc. It is protective and you get oil that is less oxidized than if it were in a clear glass bottle.
Good Luck!

The info about the organic olive oil starting from "First Cold Pressed....Product of Spain" is straight from the label. So just look for the label with this info and you'll be able to find this brand of Olive Oil.
