Vegetarian Dangers

Im curios as to why no one talks about people like my rooomate who is a vegetarian and attempted to make veggie macaroni and cheese after the bar in a pot on the stove and fell asleep. The pot was on fire and the place stank. Ive started to ponder how pizza slices available for consumption after the bar have saved so many many lives by filling people up so that they dont attempt to cook while drunk.. anyone have any thoughts on this?
