B&Bs and Hotels offering vegan choices

I'm always interested in finding out about new places around the world, just in case I get there! I'd be fascinated to see suggestions for B&Bs that offer vegan options. This place in St. Ives, Cornwall, England is fantastic. I visited there a year ago and they offer a great vegan breakfast and will also pack you a lunch to take along for a long hike along the coast to Zennor!! Everything is organic and local produce.
