Hello everyone! I have lurked around these boards for a short time and decided to take the plunge after staying up late reading Alicia's book last night. I am so thankful for some of the new insight that it has given me. I have been vegetarian for over five years and I've always admired vegans but figured it was just too much for me to achieve. I now realize that it's within my reach and I'm ready to start feeling better about myself and what I put into my body. Unfortunately I have had a real battle with distructive eating issues for more than half of my life. I'm very optimistic that I can overcome this obstacle and excited to start living my life to the fullest in a healthy, kind way! I'm anxious to get to know all of you and share our progress in the Kind Diet. Thanks!! : )
