Hello Everybody!
I got a copy of The Kind Diet for Channukah ad absolutely loved it!! I have been a vegan for 2 years now and after reading the book I have been thinking about transitioning to a "Superhero!" I have a pretty hectic lifestyle however and I am in and out of the house all the time between work and school. It's very rare that I have time to really cook several meals a day. It seemed to me that with the macrobiotic diet and the reduction of processed foods like soy milk, tofu, and chik'n strips, which i could usually prepare in less than 15 minutes, cooking was kind of a must. I was wondering if anybody had any advice for me?
