Hey ya'll! Well way before my newly vegan days, I used to like myself a good Slimfast and now I'm watching my weight again before my wedding in November and the way I do that is eat something small every 4 hours and sometimes I am hungry but don't actually want to EAT anything. That's where the meal replacement shakes came in. Anyone have any good ideas for something to replace my replacements?
yes, vega is great. the flavor takes getting used to but its so healthy and good for you. i like making it with almond milk and blend it with my hand blender so its not so lumpy. you can buy single serving packs to try the dfferent flavors before commiting to the whole container.
