Hi there,I am Morgane, french girl living in Ontario, CA. I finally got able to join my canadian husband after several years of long distance relationship!
I remember reading vegetarian books and trying to make some recipes from the time i was still a student and living with my parents, but they were not very encouraging since my dad was very attached to his old food. So i guess i got discouraged.
My mom sent us some foie gras from France for Christmas...And my husband got me the TKD as a present! HeheheReading the book was an eye opening and i almost got sick learning how they animals were treated.My foie gras wasn't tasting that good after reading all those infos!! I couldn't finish it!
I was reading posts on the forum and watched Food Inc, i had a hard time swallowing my croissant!
So this year will be a new start and attempt to follow the path i am sure i was suppose to follow for a long time.
