Hi! I'm going to make a huge confession here - I still haven't got my hands on 'The Kind Diet' yet :-( In my defence - I haven't seen it in a bookstore yet (apparently it was only published in Australia on 1/1/10?? - checked out several bookstores today and have had no luck)
I know that i could order it online but I would really like to thumb through it before purchasing for I fear that I may have a personality clash with the book (hasn't happened with the website!). You see I am (in MBTI terms) an INTP - that probably doesn't mean much to most but lets just say that I am a thinker and not a feeler, introverted not extroverted. My world is logical and I sometimes forget that what I say affects other peoples feelings. Its not that bad i'm just not the stereotypical nuturing female type!!
So my question to all of you is - are there any other uberlogical types out there who are following the kind diet and if so how are you finding it. I love the idea of the kind life. Maybe I'm just getting bogged down in semantics and should listen to the overall message??
