I'm going to post this in 2 locations because I think it is CRUCIAL info for everyone doing the Weight Loss Tea 'dance' to know the best way to use it :-)

1) is it ok to have the tea for dinner?

(I've read that it should be eaten on an empty stomach. Problem is, I get home late and don't have 30 minutes to wait after drinking/eating the tea before I have a meal)

2) Can you make batches of it ahead of time or will this diminish some of the tea's benefits?

It would be so much easier for me to make some in advance and just eat what I need when I need it.

********
Thanks for any insight! I want to get on the routine but want to make sure I'm doing it *right* to get the full benefits.

I want to add to your questions - is it supposed to be strained? Because I ended up with what looks like a soup, even though I used my food processor to mush the carrots and daikon.

Annie - I read in an earlier thread that Alicia said to eat the pulp, not strain it, so technically it's not really a drink, more a soup...

I made a batch that provided 3-4 days worth of "tea". I would drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach while I got ready for the day. By the time I was done with my routine, it had been 30 min. and I was able to eat breakfast.
