Hi! I've just started a vegan lifestyle, and I've been cooking mostly from the Superhero Diet section. There are some dishes that I think are so delicious they must be bad... lol Particularly I like the braised daikon and the black-eyed pea croquettes. Do you have nutritional info for these items? I track my calories on another website, and I want to make sure I'm not going overboard with those yummy foods. For weight loss, the book mentions eating from the Superhero section 6 days a week and vegan the other day, but I just want to make sure that ANY recipe from the Superhero section is ok to eat on a regular basis. Thank you!!
