I would love it if someone could recommend a good book about the macrobiotic diet. I'm a nerd and love to learn so after reading The Kind Diet, I've been wanting to get more details on macrobiotics. Any suggestions?

The Hipchick's guide to Macrobiotics! Loves it.
She (Jessica Porter) also has downloadable cooking classes on her website.
Macrobiotics for Life by Simon Brown. Not just the food, but food for thought as well.
I also really liked Hipchick's - it was a fun read.
Enjoyed Hip Chick as well.
The Complete Guide to Macrobiotic Cooking and the Quick and Natural Macrobiotic Cookbook by Aveline Kushi are both useful. The first one is as much a guide to the macrobiotic life as a cookbook. Kushi has written several cookbooks, haven't tried the others.
